Optimizing my Energy

I hope Im done revising and practicing question papers by 12am because I want to sleep too before going for the exam tomorrow morning. This time I bought popcorn and this packet of fruits with me. I love these mixed packets- my favourites : Melon, Kiwi and Strawberry. This gives me a summer-y feeling. Once I go to Asia, Ill be having a lot of tropical fruits. CANT WAIT!

5 exams finished, 3 more to go. On 14th it is: Mathematical Methods in Economics and Business II. There are 7 chapters and I just started my revision right now. I am going to practice 4 chapters tonight and finish the rest of the 5 tomorrow. Im so glad I bought aubergine today after such a long time. Lol. I love aubergine with rice : my absolute favourite!

By the way, today morning, just before the Principles of Economics exam, I got a panic attack thinking that I will fail the module. I started thinking of what not!! It felt as if I'll never be able to be successful in life and that I'll end up being a housewife... I felt so down and sad for a while... And oh yah, I got a low blood sugar attack on the bus and therefore had to lay down on two seats and breathe heavily. I hate these attacks. I was starving. Tomorrow, Ill select my modules for the second year. Im still confused between International Finance and Capital Markets :/

FAT book FAT chapters

Omg the chapters in Principles of Economics are so lengthy... God I wonder how I am going to finish twelve chapters on time... I started with chapter 10... Gives me a good feeling if I am done with the last chapters of the book and then start with the ones from the beginning... Im almost done with one chapter... The whole night is waiting...

Macro Exam was okay - not too bad not too good. Now its time for Micro. Oh God. My shoulders are paining because of carrying heavy backpack. I'm not studying with friends today, so got a small desk for myself. Yes I know, it is going to be a boring study day... what to do?

Another day of hardcore education

Plenty of chapters left for studying. Last night I slept for an hour. Today I arrived at the library at 2pm and now it is around 10pm, still not done. I am going to keep studying until morning, then eat and take a nap for a couple of hours and then come back to the library again to study from the afternoon to the next morning until the exam. I like Macroeconomics, compared to statistics. And the fact that I am studying with friends, it is much more fun. My friends have been very caring and entertaining, supporting me with any needs I have. They bought me croissants and energy drinks and made tea and lunch for me as well. aaaw! Wish me luck readers!

MAC-cccc-Rooo- Economics!

Sitting in the library trying to put my head into studies...Done printing and organising all the folders and now its time to start revising... Oh! For sometime I started watching the bollywood movie "Agent Vinod" in the flatscreen here in the library study room. One of my friends is all serious working and the other one is trying to break open an external hard disk haha. Doof. Drinking LSV energy drinks... Tonight Im aiming for a all night study. Lets see how long I can keep my mind focused...

Again hot weather, fat jacket -_-

I was watching one Bollywood film - it was crap lol. (Not bollywood, but this particular movie!) Then I went out wearing the same thick jacket thinking it is windy- no its steaming hot. It reminded me of the summer vacation I am soooo looking forward to lol. I'm going to turn into a roasted chicken. Hahaha. Anyways- I managed to get some snacks for the whole night of studying. They didnt accept cards with a bill below 5 pounds so I had to buy all these things. Ill have some tomorrow as well. For now, Im drinking cappuccino and am going to start studying by 9ish pm. I can't study at all when its so hot and when the sun is up!

Hot weather Fat jacket

I was really scared about the exam today, thinking that it will be unimaginably hard. I thought I won't even pass. I solved the first problem, then the second, then third, then fourth, got stuck at five six and seven haha, and then solved 8 and 9. Anyways I am feeling good. The next exam is Statistical Methods in Economics and this time I am going to study every chapter properly. Hmm!

I am at my friends house now. It took me around 20 minutes just to walk around the block and try to find the house. I had my laptop on my backpack so my shoulders were aching like mad. Oh I can smell good Desi food. YUM!

I didnt sleep at all last night, so Im going to sleep off early tonight and spend the whole day studying tomorrow. Yes yes yes!

Developing tension...

 

The day at university started off at 10am. I didnt want to go as laziness held me tight from getting up from bed, but I fought against it and somehow managed to go to University. The fresh air in the morning was so nice. Loved it.

I like all the Christmas decorations here and there. There were small Christmas trees in almost every building!

At around 4pm I got hungry and decided to go and eat something. Yum Yum. I am tired of eating the same thing everyday. Yikes!

Ended the day with a two hour maths practice class. OH exams coming near and Im getting more and more tensed. Tonight I really need to clean my room. Tomorrow is going to be a long day once again...

Background studying for World Economy portfolio Task 4: International Trade

Wow December is here! It was September when I moved to London! Great. University life has been much better than last year. I find this course very interesting, however, the work load is a lot for me. I have no clue about economics as I have never studied before and I have a stupid tendency of getting confused really easily. Too Bad. Anyways, End of term is almost here- 3weeks left! I have assignments to hand in and two exams coming up. Lots and lots of studying left. I am trying to find a studying strategy- lets see if this works lol. By the way, the internet sucks here at this house. I cant wait to get a new room to rent where the internet works perfect - it has almost turned into a dream... to get better internet. LOL! Lah Lah Lah - Back to studying. Need to finish the reading and start off the portfolio work and tomorrow I've got three seminars. After that, its time to practice maths and start the statistics assignment. Daaaaaaaaaaa!

Architectural Portfolio

For the last month, I have been helping my friend with his architecture portfolio submission which is on 12th of May, but he wants to get done with it by Sunday, that is 9th May. All the models and sketches are made. He is excellent at it! I am working on the maps and editing. So much left to do! Making a good attractive portfolio is tough I must say... There are so many new stuff that I have learnt. The easiest being Google SketchUp and the hardest being AutoCad -_-

Oh yaaa! Forgot to tell, my parents are moving to London and I am searching for a nice 2/3 bedroom house with a garden. After 12th May, I am going to London for some house viewing.

The enormous U-turn

I have decided to change my current course, medical science to Economics BSc and also made my mind to move to London and settle there. Gladly, I have a lot of friends coming from Bangladesh to London as well and I got my high school friends who have come to London from Sweden. Therefore, it is not going to be that lonely and sad for me. However, I will miss all my friends here in Birmingham :/

Want to learn sketching n stuff!

I've got this sudden interest towards sketching and art. I sketched a hand some weeks ago. I probably developed this interest because my friends are studying architecture.

By the way, Im almost done with my first painting using acrylic paint! :D (00:14 update)

Workload workload workload Aaaa!

Oh I just realised that I havent been blogging for ages! So much have been going on these days. Specially the:
a) Essay for the Digestion module b) Essay for IBS2 module c) Presentation for pharmacology module d) Presentation for IBS2 module and 2) Mini project for Core skills module are still pending!

The exam on the digestion module went good today and I have to work on the essays and presentations. The only thing that bugs me a lot is to carry the heavy books back home from the library! A pain in the ass! Haha.

In the meantime, I have learnt sketching and I am acting in short films that my friends are making (they study film productions). Time is passing by very quick and I am worried about the final exams coming up on May and to get a proper accommodation starting this July. A CV has been written and all I need to do is, drop them at different stores and hope to get a job! Thats it!
